P.A.R.E.N.T - Personal Advocate and Resources for Executive Navigation and Tracking
A P.A.R.E.N.T. you can pay for.
We exist to replace the invisible labor that keeps people alive, safe, and functioning.
Healthcare and life logistics require constant tracking, follow-through, and coordination. For many people—elders, those with executive dysfunction, caregivers, and families managing complex needs—this "invisible labor" becomes overwhelming, unsustainable, or simply impossible.
PARENT provides what we call a "parent function"—not coaching, not motivation, but actual execution. We schedule appointments, track medications, follow up with providers, maintain documentation, and close loops so nothing falls through the cracks.
Our goal is simple: shift the burden from families to trained advocates, so you can focus on relationships instead of responsibility.
Every action is reviewed and executed by trained advocates. We never automate care decisions or remove human oversight.
We don't tell you what to do—we do the things that need doing. Scheduling, tracking, following up, and closing loops.
We support decision-making without overriding agency. No shaming, no infantilizing, no forcing technology on people who don't want it.
We're transparent about what we do and don't do. We don't provide medical advice, make unauthorized decisions, or replace clinicians.
We don't wait for things to go wrong. We monitor patterns, track deadlines, and escalate concerns before they become crises.
Everything documented, organized, and accessible. No more guessing what happened or scrambling to find records.
Clear boundaries build trust
Apps send notifications. We execute. We schedule the appointment, call the pharmacy, follow up with the office, and make sure it actually happens.
We don't work on motivation or coping strategies. We handle the logistics that need handling, regardless of whether someone "should" be able to do them.
We coordinate care, we don't provide it. We track when a blood pressure reading is outside normal range and escalate—we don't diagnose or treat.
Every action is human-reviewed. We use systems to track and organize, but real people make decisions and execute tasks.
