Questions Before Getting Started?

Is there any obligation after the intake call?

None at all. The intake call is a conversation to determine if PARENT is a good fit. You're free to decide afterward with no pressure.

What information should I have ready?

Don't worry about gathering everything beforehand. We'll guide you through what we need during and after the intake call. Just come ready to talk about your situation.

Can family members join the intake call?

Absolutely. We encourage it, especially if multiple people are involved in care coordination or decision-making.

What if I'm not sure which package I need?

That's completely normal. During the intake call, we'll discuss your specific needs and recommend the package that makes the most sense. You're not locked into anything.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes. We want to make sure PARENT works for you. Ask about trial options during your intake call.

⚠️ Important Notice

PARENT is not an emergency service. If you or someone you're caring for is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For urgent but non-emergency medical concerns, contact your healthcare provider directly or use their after-hours line.
